[BUG #15729] Enable Document Notification Email for Loan officers and Loan processors when brokers, borrowers and correspondent lenders upload a document in BLN.
We've reverted an this update because it blocked everyone's access to the loan settings screen. We are currently looking into what caused the issue and will release it again at a later date.
