Over this weekend, we released an update to our backend to prepare for a significant update for the Security and Functionality of BLN. This update focuses on the underlying mechanisms that will allow for some incredible new functionality in BLN:

Enhanced Session & Password Security Rate Lock Functionality Full Sizer integration with BLN

...among other great things we will be releasing for the remainder of the year.

We have tested this functionality for over a month in our development and UAT environments, and it is seamless once the browser cookies are set correctly. In most cases, this happens automatically; however, some people need to clear out their BLN cookies.

Steps to clear out your cookies:

  • Close down all open and active BLN tabs; the easiest is to close Chrome or Edge entirely

  • Navigate to https://secure.blnsoftware.com/members/login

  • Right-Click on the lock next to the URL address

  • Select the highlighted Cookies item to open this:

  • Click on Remove twice to remove both the BLNSoftware.com and Secure.BLNSoftware.com cookies

  • Refresh and Log in.

IMPORTANT If you are still having issues, attempt the above in an Incognito Window by right-clicking on the Google or Edge icon on the taskbar and selecting New Incognito Window
