Updates to the BLN Loan Calculator

We've fully updated and fixed all of the problems reported in the loan calculator.

Please email support@bridgeloannetwork.com if you encounter any other issues.

GUC programs are available in the loan calculator for both lender and broker portals! We've identified some other issues and are working on fixing those as soon as possible.

If you’re still having issues with the loan calculator, please do the following steps:

1. Log out of BLN
2. Clear your browser cache and do a hard reload. Instructions here: https://support.bridgeloannetwork.com/knowledge-base/clearing-browser-cache/#Chrome_Cache_Refresh
3. Log back in and try again

If this doesn’t work, try repeating the steps above using the browser settings page. Example of how to do this in Chrome:

1. Press [Ctrl] + [H] and click on "Clear browsing data"
2. Change the time range to “All time”
3. Select “Cookies and other site data” & “Cached images and files”
4. Click on "Clear data"

Below are some of the errors we've recently found and fixed in the loan calculator:

• Calculation errors in DSCR, Total Estimated Payment, and Principal & Interest.
• Calculation error on term sheet for "Taxes and Insurance Reserves (12 months)".
• Rental Income missing from the term sheet.
• Interest rate pricing options mismatch between BLN and loan sizer.

RTL 12 Months programs are available in the loan calculator! We're currently working on GUC programs, and will notify once it's complete.

The LTR Single/Multi, and Portfolio parts of the loan calculator are now live for brokers with the latest pricing!

Updates!

We are still working hard to test and release updates to the BLN Loan Calculator. If all things run smoothly, we 'should' be able to release the LTR single and Multi-family parts later on today for lenders. After this is complete, we'll be working on the updates for brokerages next.

We're still working on updates to the BLN Loan Calculator. As of now, the Long Term Rental (Portfolio) program is working, but only for lenders. It will eventually be enabled for brokerages, along with the Long Term Rental (Single Asset).

Because this is a massive overhaul, portions of the loan calculator will be temporarily disabled until it has been fully tested.

As we finish updates for lenders, we'll begin working on those same updates for brokers.
