They are currently processing their backlog of transactions and unlocking some of the credit files that were locked during the incident.
Our service provider is implementing a fix for the issue. We'll close this ticket as soon as we can confirm that things are back up and running.
We are currently experiencing issues ordering credit reports in BLN due to issues on our service provider's end.
