Investigating issues with missing Experian scores on credit reports

Hello Everyone,

We've finished updating all the credit reports that were missing their Experian scores. We've uploaded the new report to their associated loan in BLN, and updated the data to reflect the new score for the guarantors.

The core issue has been fixed and we're working on updating credit reports that were pulled during this time. We'll update all the loans in BLN with the correct reports and information once everything is fixed.

We've confirmed that this is affecting all new credit reports ordered in BLN. We're still working with our vendor to figure out the issue, and we'll be updating all the reports in bulk once the issue is fixed.

We've noticed a few reports of missing Experian scores on credit report pulls in BLN.
