An incident in which Referred Loans to the Lender did not show in the Pipeline/Grid

There was an incident found in which users that referred loans over to the Lender using the link from the Actions Dropdown on the Pipeline/Grid did not show in the Pipeline/Grid Screen when refreshed.

**This has been fixed in the System as of an hour ago.

Please clear your cache if you are having issues seeing loans you submitted.
