[PBI #19687] In order to improve security and ease of use, we are changing our session timeouts to be managed on the server-side (rather than the client-side as it is now). This update will solve issues occurring when users have multiple tabs open at the same time. Instead of each tab having its own timer, all the tabs will operate under the same timer. This will eliminate the problem of a session ending on a BLN tab that the user isn’t currently using, causing all the other non-idle tabs to be kicked out and brought to the login screen.
IMPORTANT!!! This update will start at 10:00AM EDT on Saturday, June 3rd, and shouldn’t last longer than 12:00PM the same day. To know when the update starts and ends, please subscribe to our status page at https://status.bridgeloannetwork.com/.
To prevent any issues, please remember to log out of BLN after you finish work today.
