We've confirmed that the issue is mostly resolved. You'll have to reorder the credit report if it previously didn't work. If it still doesn't work, please let us know at support@bridgeloannetwork.com. We'll have to re-order the report manually if it's one of the few accounts that were locked while CIC Credit was down.
From CIC Credit: ML Consumer/Opening - Credit Pull Timeouts Incident status: Monitoring Our technical team has made the fix which has returned the service to normal. We are currently monitoring the status and will continue to post updates until the problem is fully resolved.

Users are reporting that they are unable to pull credit. Users are experiencing a timeout error when attempting to order credit.
